On October 15, registration opens for the Kitzbüheler Radmarathon on September 7, 2025. Once again, participants will have two possible finish lines and an exclusive “Course Check” with Tour de France winner Andy Schleck.
The groundwork for 2025 is laid: On October 15, 2024, registration for the 5th edition of the Kitzbüheler Radmarathon, which will take place on September 7, 2025, will open. Once again, participants can look forward to the ultimate endurance challenge around the town of Kitzbühel. The two popular course options, KRM Classic and KRM Kitz, will be part of the event once again.
A significant innovation for 2025: Riders no longer have to decide in advance which course to choose. For the first time, they can make a flexible decision during the race—up until the “Point of No Return”—about which finish line to aim for. This change adds even more excitement and allows for an individualized race experience, tailored to each rider’s condition on the day.
“Check the course” with former pro cyclist Andy Schleck. After a successful debut in 2024, the popular “Check the course” event with Andy Schleck will continue in 2025. From June 18 to 21, 2025, interested participants can join a three-day training camp at Schlosshotel Lebenberg, where they can receive valuable tips from the professional. Two group rides on the original course will provide optimal preparation and insights into the unique challenges of the Radmarathon. Registration for the camp will also open on October 15, 2024. Further information and details about registration can be found on our website.
Positive feedback and excitement for 2025: Organizers Marina Janda and Franz Steinberger draw a positive conclusion: “We look back on a fantastic 4th edition of the Kitzbüheler Radmarathon and are already looking forward to 2025. The new features promise even more excitement and challenge. Once again, it will be #echtsteil!”
